We come from solid, experienced Mortgage Broking backgrounds and we have extensive local and international experience.

Our Director, Craig Vaughan, has more than five years experience in the Mortgage Broking Sector and offers a boutique, personal service to his clients.  Craig established MAP Mortgage Brokers after working with another mortgage broking company where he ran a sizeable expat and temporary resident home loan book and was recognised for his reliability and achievement.  He has built MAP into a local mortgage broking powerhouse, providing specialist advice and loan broking services to Australian expats and international residents, and supporting a team of more than 5 staff.

Craig Vaughan
Craig graduated with a degree in law from Queensland University of Technology. During his studies Craig had the opportunity to study at Nottingham Trent Law School in the UK for an academic year and it was during this time that he and his wife, earning excellent income, thought about buying property back home for their return. Unfortunately they found it very hard to find someone back in Australia who;

• knew how to arrange finance for those living abroad and the issues that arise,
• they could trust to treat their home loan application like it was their own, and
• Would keep them updated throughout the entire process with regular updates and feedback.

On return from overseas, Craig completed his degree but decided to take a different direction and head into finance. Craig initially worked for another mortgage company as the non-resident and expat loan expert for several years before starting his own company, MAP Mortgage Brokers.
